- fixed artillery scroll

- penetration is now calculated taking in affect distance to target

- enhanced snapping on targets behind cover

- added function on targeting 3 previously selected points on the vertical axis

- added function on targeting tracks (keeping the vehicle tracked, use SPACE or edit in config)

- redone interactive config

- added restriction on auto shooting on max distance (setting in config)
